My Brother

By peace | May 4, 2007

What’s love got to do with it? A lot of things are dependent on love. Got love, many things work differently. Got love, you are more forgiving. Got love, you care from your heart. Got love, everything you do is for the good of the person. Got love, there is care and joy.

Whats love got to do with it

This is a nice song, an inspirational song. Whenever I hear this song, it reminds me of my brother — my elder brother. My brother is a good brother. He shows care and concern for me when I was young. He did all he can to help me whenever I need help. We played together at times, though not that much. I played more with my second brother. My elder brother loves to listen to this song. I used to sit in the front seat of my brother’s car. He sent me to school at times. Sometimes, I followed him when he went out to run some errands, or to work. He likes to listen to this song. And that is how I got to know this song too.

The most inspirational part of this song is the beginning music. When I was studying (those days when I was a student), I love to listen to music and study at the same time. There were no computer in my home, and the only entertainment I have is my mini hi-fi. It accompanied me throughout the day and night when I was at home.

It’s such a long time, very long, since I last sit in my brother’s car. Both of us were young then, I was so much shorter than him — he is about ten years older than me. He is not feeling well recently too and I have not visited him. It hurts my heart to know that he is sick, vomiting and sprained his legs not long ago too. Age is catching up with him. And he is working hard for life. I hope his health will always be good and he can have less worries, and more smile on his face. Brother, I love you, you are my good brother.

The road to happiness lies in two simple principles: Find what it is that interests you and that you can do well, and when you find it put your soul into it — every bit of energy and ambition and natural ability you have. ~ John D. Rockefeller
