I Hate Loans
By peace | August 16, 2007
I hate loans. Loans have bring so much misery and no peace to my life. If loans are not granted easily, then lesser people would have debts to settle. There will not be so many bankrupts walking around. Loans help people during emergency, to cope with life major unexpected changes or circumstances. However, many people have misused loans. Many people want to have fast money. These are the people who are lazy and they are greedy. For hoping to become rich, they borrow huge sums of money. Using these money, they ‘gamble’ with it - trading in stocks and shares, forex trading and so on. Can they beat the interest rates? No, if money is so easy to earn, if anybody can speculate that easily, then there would not be anyone who jump down from building to commit suicide because of share market downtrend.
People who have got stuck in loans should have a debt consolidation. They should wake up from their ‘dreams’. They should get a proper job, have a proper foundation before they can invest their money. They should stop applying for more personal loans too. Only do they have savings, can they used this money to speculate in stocks and shares. It is not logical to use secured loans to speculate in stocks and shares. It takes a lot of discipline and mind power to speculate in stocks and shares. For anyone who are just too anxious and keen on earning fast money, it will only backfire. For all they see when their share prices drop is want to earn back their money. When the share prices increase, they want to win more money. Can you see the patterns? They are forever not satisfied and they want more and more money. How can they ever pay back the loans?
